Are you a Veteran or Veteran Spouse? The VAs "Aid and Attendance" Benefit is for wartime Veterans, or their surviving spouses who meet certain medical and financial requirements listed below:

• Military Service: Minimum 90 days active duty, with at least one day during wartime, and honorable discharge.
• Medical Need: Non service-connected disability which requires assistance with activities of daily living.
• Money (Financial Limitations): Limited resources in relation to medical expenses.
